CV
Born 1995 in Wuppertal, lives and works in Wuppertal
I was born in 1995 in Wuppertal and am an emerging architect with a recently founded studio in my hometown. I completed my
bachelor’s degree in architecture at the University of Wuppertal in 2021 and obtained my master’s degree in architecture in
2024 at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf under the supervision of Inge Vinck.
My architectural focus lies in the transformation and further development of existing spaces. I’m particularly interested in
subtle, precise interventions that reveal and reinterpret the latent potential of a place.
Since 2022, I have been working freelance in the fields of architecture and 3D design. My practice is open to collaboration –
especially in digital modeling, visualization, and the planning and realization of built projects.
Ongoing Project – GAST
My current artistic research project GAST explores the history of migration from the village of Çepni (Turkey) to Wuppertal and
its lasting impact on the Turkish-German community across generations.
The work traces developments from early migration to the founding of cultural associations and more recent shifts and
ruptures, while also asking what futures these spaces might hold.
